Nifty Channel Breakout


Nifty gave a breakout from downward moving channel with target of 4900 but it could face stiff resistence @4860-4880.

    recently i bought cropmton at 337 and sl at 330
    but sl triggered and the same it went up now trading at 375
    my sl was 2 weeks low

  3. Hi..Renu,

    Near the exhaustion or maturity point of an upmove or downmove, the first channel break is most likely to be "c" of a 4th followed by a 5th..which is what Nifty has done. Your TA is good and if you combine it with EW, it will become quite potent.

    you could keep your stop loss on the basis of ATR,like you could use 3*ATR(5).
