Nifty has formed bullish island reversal gap and now nifty could target 5752 - 5815.

INFY had formed an island reversal gap between 2675-2686 so the stock could face stiff resistance in this area.

BankNifty formed an island reversal on hourly chart and could now target 10160.

Nifty : Island Reversal Gap

Nifty made an island reversal gap between 5169-5164 with target of 5000.

Sensex

Today we have crossed 18000 mark in sensex after two years , but going up sensex has a very strong resistance in form of Island reversal gap (18298-18448)which it created in feb 2008, so one should be cautiously optimistic in longs.
